About me.
Hi, I'm Pei Liang. Welcome to my portfolio!
I come from a family of designers—my parents and grandfather are Architect/Interior Designers. From an early age, I’ve been passionate about creating, nurtured by my amazing family and a remarkable fine arts teacher.
Over the last decade, I’ve transitioned from the fashion industry to digital product design. I spent about 2 years as a fashion designer at Uniqlo and Cache Cache. In 2017, I moved to the US to pursue a master’s degree in Information Experience Design at Pratt Institute, during which I interned at Huge and McKinsey & Company.
After graduating, I worked as a Senior Product Designer at McKinsey & Company for about 3 years. Currently, I'm a UX designer at AWS. I led the design of a new product, "Application Testing," for mainframe modernization. This product debuted at Amazon’s Re-event last December and reached its Preview version in mid-2024.
I'm always striving to expand and refine my skills. Solving problems creatively and crafting meaningful user experiences energizes me.
Outside of work, I’m a rock climber, skier, illustrator, 3D artist, and a lover of life!
