What is Android Enterprise Platform
It’s a platform for Android enterprise customers.

-
Create the first stop for IT professionals to find the best Android device, carrier, EMM(Enterprise Mobility Management) in their respective purchase/procurement flows.
-
Reward partners that are supporting the features and solutions we believe are most important by connecting partners with the customers that need them.
-
Empower Android’s customers with the context and education required to make informed business decisions.
The problem
The existing Solutions Directory experience was built for IT professionals who know what they want.
This subset of users are familiar with the relationships that exist between solution sets and features, and can mostly navigate through a robust feature matrix to find the results they need.
However, not all users are experts and some may arrive to the experience with only their business problem in mind and lack the education or understanding to determine which solution best fits their business needs.

The process
Problem definement

-
No essential information on the surface.
-

Users goal, as a purchasing decision-maker, I want the platform to...
Users' pain points
Product goals
My focus in this project was on the "Evaluation" part.
The goal is to make it easy for users to compare solutions against one another.
Solution
I mapped out the sitemap based on the existing website and the product goal.
Competitive examples
In order to create a better experience, I studied several websites with a good "Evaluation" feature.

And highlighted the key takeaways from each site.
-
Display most relevant information for easy comparison.
-
Make it easy to cross reference details of different options.
-
Enable comparisons to help users evaluate their choices.
-
Allow users to compare one option versus the rest
Design
I created the journey map for the workflow including the interaction of "browsing products", "filter products", "compare products" , "check product detail page".
Wireframing
I created two views for browsing Devices/ EMMs / Carriers for users’ different use purposes.

Grid view is for users who wants to see more products with fewer information surfaced without too much scrolling.
List view is for users who wants to see more information on the surface.
